'Ours After' is the debut album from Rushmore

The LP will arrive at the end of July

UK producer Rushmore is releasing his debut album, 'Ours After', on July 29.

Coming via his Trax Couture label, much of the album was inspired by a trip to Tokyo, a notion backed up by the tracklist written in Japanese.

The press release reads: "While on an enlightened visit to Japan, transporting his way through Tokyo’s wondrous shrines, steeped in thoughts about a world driven by fear, scaremongering and supremacy ever present, there, was his need and desire for hope, faith and positivity, which provided his feelings that are demonstrated clearly throughout his debut album."

Elements of grime, Detroit club music and southern rap also linger on the record, which promises "a bold slurry of beats that snap, bounce and submerge you into his hopeful world of crystal clear faith."
