Daphni collaborates with… himself on new track ‘Waiting So Long (feat. Caribou)’

In an unexpected release this week, Daphni has collaborated with, well, himself, on a new track titled ‘Waiting So Long’, which features his flagship alias Caribou.

The Canadian multihyphenate – real name Dan Snaith – announced the news of his next album earlier this week under the Daphni moniker, set for release in February 2026. ‘Butterfly’ will comprise 16 tracks, and will mark his first record as Daphni in four years.

“People understandably always ask about the difference between Caribou and Daphni music - how I decide which is which,” Snaith says. “I think there have been times where the music I’ve made under the two aliases has been farther apart and times - e.g. right now - where they’re closer together.”

Eliza Rose teams up with Oppidan for new single 'Too Slow (All Night)'

Fresh off a knock-out b2b at last month's Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), Eliza Rose and Oppidan have teamed up again to release new single 'Too Slow' (All Night).

The London-based chart topper and rising UK bass star created the new track, which combines racuous breaks and sultry deep house groove, in “a few hours” during a spontaneous studio session.

"'Too Slow (All Night)' is about encouraging people to dance, move, groove, let go of your inhibitions, don’t think you’re too cool - just enjoy yourself and let loose, I also hope it could be a good energy injection when needed” says Eliza Rose.

“We all have a lag moment when we’re been having a boogie for hours. It’s a little ReVitaliser, energiser riddem, an excuse to drag a friend / lover / stranger back to the dance floor”.

Robyn shares first single in seven years 'Dopamine'

Swedish experimental pop queen Robyn has just shared 'Dopamine', her first single since the release of her 2018 album 'Honey' and the debut on her new "label home" Young.

Inspired by the physical rush of falling in love, 'Dopamine' sees Robyn dispense catchy pop through an array of euphoric synths and Daft Punk-esque electro bass stabs.

"The doubleness of 'Dopamine' is having an emotion that is super real, super strong, intense, enjoyable or painful," says Robyn. "And at the same time knowing that this is just a biological process in my body—and then not to choose religion or science. To just accept that they’re there together and to be able to go in between.”
