Nabihah Iqbal, formerly known as Throwing Shade, announces her debut album

'Weighing Of The Heart' is the debut album from Nabihah Iqbal, the artist formerly known as Throwing Shade.

The LP, to be released via Ninja Tune on December 1, is said to draw on "themes of existential doubt, pondering the struggles and pleasures which mark day-to-day life."

A regular on NTS Radio, she's decided to use her real name on the record to "stand proudly as a female British Asian artist making music" and represent a change in sound from the music she was making as Throwing Shade.

There's 10 tracks in total, including 'Something More' which can be streamed below.
