Founded in 1999, Defected Records has been a dance music mainstay, consistently delivering releases from some of house music's most respected and innovative artists.
Run by Simon Dunmore, early releases on the London label came from the likes of Bob Sinclar and Mr G while the last few years have provided a home for Tensnake's inimitable 2010 hit 'Coma Cat' and the remix vinyl of Storm Queen's 'Look Right Through'.
As well as holding a residency at Ibiza's Booom! club last summer, Defected's discography was further bolstered with material from Nick Curly, Sonny Fodera, Huxley & Shenoda, MK, FCL and Guti.
Heading to Oval Space for Mixmag Live on May 2, Defected host a stellar array of label members – Osunlade, Noir, Simon Dunmore, Sonny Fodera, Sam Divine and a very special guest – to celebrate their Mixmag cover issue and 15-year anniversary. Don't miss it!
