Marcel Dettmann, Steve Rachmad and more sign up for Heiko Laux remix EPs
Laux's latest album Fernweh has been reworked for two new releases on Kanzleramt
Berlin-based label Kanzleramt has revealed its next two releases will be remix EPs of Heiko Laux's latest album Fernweh.
Fernweh Remixes One lands on November 13 digitally and November 27 on 12", featuring remixes of the eponymous album track from Ray Kajioka, Luis Flores and Laux himself in collaboration with Flores. Two new treatments of 'There There' from Laux are also included.
Fernweh Remixes Two arrives digitally on November 27 and physically on December 12. This release sees Marcel Dettmann contribute his take on 'Fernweh', while Steve Rachmad turns in two different remixes of 'Shimmer' and Yan Cook provides a new version of 'Neutron'.
The atmospheric joint effort between Flores and Laux titled 'Fernweh (Decapitated by Flores, Laux)' is streaming now on SoundCloud, where it is also available for free download for 48 hours only.
