Loco Dice has got a surprise guest on his new album
'Underground Sound Suicide' looks to be coming out on Ultra Music
Loco Dice has released the first song from his forthcoming new album and it isn't quite what you might all be expecting.
It's been 7 years since the German artist's last LP and he's chosen to make his return with a surprise: a smouldering tech-house track voiced by South London MC Giggs.
With a buzzin' bassline and a slew of tongue-in-cheek lyrics, this is a dead cert for summer and will no doubt be heard during Dice's Hyte residency at Amnesia for the rest of the Ibiza season.
It's definitely a bold move but both artist's are pretty on form and we can imagine the UK crew getting down to this. It's sure to split opinion, but as a line on the track says: "Some say we crazy, some say we takin' over."
After being debuted on Pete Tong's Radio 1 show, Dice shared the tune on his SoundCloud, also listing other collaborators from his new album, including Miss Kittin, Chris Liebing, Neneh Cherry and hip hop producer Just Blaze.
Regarding Giggs, Dice said that "he was totally diggin'" the album and "understood where I wanted to go with it". No date has been announced yet but the description on SoundCloud says Ultra Music is taking care of the record, which is called 'Underground Sound Suicide'.
