This playlist contains over 1000 tracks sampled by Madlib

Spotting a sample is always fun and now one Spotify user has taken his talents to the masses.

Going by the username amplesoulphysician, someone has collated over 1000 tracks that have been sampled by the crate digging and record collecting hip hop icon that is Madlib.

Having worked on the playlist since last year, amplesoulphysician recently updated it with a stream of new tracks from artists as mainstream as Kool & The Gang to super underground Brazilian boogie.

And if you’re not too fussed about the sampling tip, it’s basically just a stroll through Madlib’s personal record collection.
