Labyrinth festival announces plans to downsize capacity

The Japanese event is hoping to achieve a more "intimate experience"

Labyrinth is one of the most sought after events in the underground festival calendar, and gaining entry has just got harder.

The Japanese festival has announced on Facebook it will be reducing its capacity in 2017 in the pursuit of “a more intimate experience” with more space for camping and dancing, shorter bar and toilet queues, and less waste accumulated.

This also means there will be “considerably fewer tickets on sale”, with only one round of ticket sales next month and no special international tickets sold.

Ticket details will be released soon, head to Labyrinth’s website for further details.
