Kaytranada shares his remixes of Solange and Chance The Rapper
Two recent releases receive a special Kaytra flip
Despite having released his '99.9%' album and a follow-up '0.001% ???' mixtape recently, Kaytranada seems eager to keep the content coming with two fresh new remixes he's shared via his SoundCloud.
The first that arrived was a flip of Solange's 'Cranes in the Sky', a lead track off her recent album 'A Seat at the Table'. After playing it out at a DJ set, he explained that he simply "can't deny how good it sounds" and noticed that even after just the first play, "everybody wanted it right away".
"Honestly, I was gonna wait to see if Solange or her team or whoever works for her would've asked me to do an official remix so if they still want to, i could make it sound better than that version," he wrote in the track's description. "[But] ohhhhh, what the hell...."
His second mix of Chance The Rapper's 'All Night' was actually a hidden gem noticed by those who dissected his '0.001% ???' mixtape. Thankfully, the flip of the Chance original (which was actually produced by Kaytranada) has seen its own release and is now available to hear on Kaytra's SoundCloud page.
