Kate Simko and Jamie Jones bring their live orchestral show to Colombia

Bringing past music to life in a new way

Kate Simko and Jamie Jones are set to premiere a unique orchestral show for the 'Modern Symphony Series', providing reinterpretations of their original material by fusing electronic music with classical elements.

In collaboration with the Colombia National Symphonic Orchestra in Bogota, this show marks the first orchestral-electronic concert of its kind in Latin America.

Each artist will provide a set of their own, with Jamie Jones’ material recomposed for the orchestra, including fan favorites ‘Hungry for the Power’, ‘Tonight In Tokyo’, and Hot Natured’s ‘Benediction’.

Simko - no stranger to working with an orchestra - will showcase music from her recent London Electronic Orchestra album, as well as a performance of past collaborations with Jones, like ‘One Time Game (feat. Jem Cooke)’ and ‘Dark Delirium’.

The show will take place December 3 at Sabana Train Station in Bogota, Colombia.
