Joe Goddard's got work on show at Veuve Clicquot's Rebels event

James Lavelle is also involved with the Widows Series

Veuve Clicquot is hosting its Rebels event at Bargehouse on London's Southbank from November 15 to 17.

This one's the fourth installment of the Widows Series and will "explore radical moments in British culture under the creative narration of Tom Hingston."

Work from Joe Goddard and James Lavelle will be included, as well as photographic and film work by Warren Du Preez and Nick Thornton Jones. Installations come from Rebecca Louise Law and Anna Burns.

The press release reads: "Inspired by the spirit of rebellion that Madame Clicquot embodied this year’s Widow Series chapters the most significant events in the Veuve Clicquot story, through exploring some of the Britain’s key subcultural moments. Framed as a metaphorical nightclub – the catalyst where great things begin - Rebels embraces music, fashion, film and installation to tell the story of a revolution."

Jean-Marc Gallot, President Maison Veuve Clicquot commented: "To quote Madame Clicquot ‘The World is in perpetual motion and we must invent the things of tomorrow’ and it is this notion of creativity that we celebrate through the Widow Series."
