Is Underground Resistance the Label Of The Decade? Vote now

Underground Resistance is probably the most politically-driven, industrially-raw Detroit techno label in history. It has a resolutely DIY philosophy about almost everything; the music, the art, the DJ sets, the live shows, even the iconic logo. Underground Resistance is so powerful a brand, you might see a UR hoodie or tee in most clubs in the world even today.

Begun in the early '90s by Detroit second-wave trinity Mike Banks, Robert Hood & Jeff Mills, UR adapted the flavor and kick of early Detroit techno to the complex social, political, and economic climate of the time, and has maintained this approach through its twenty-five year history.
