San Francisco house and techno label Dirtybird was founded by producer and DJ Barclay Crenshaw (aka Claude VonStroke). The label is known for it’s bass-heavy but fun-times approach to house. Key players include Claude VonStroke, Worthy, brothers Justin and Christian Martin, and J.Phlip. They are known for their infamous Golden Gate Park parties that started in 2003 and the Dirtybird Campout has more recently become one of the most popular autumn events in the US.
