Dim Mak is an independent, Los Angeles based record label, events company, and lifestyle brand founded by Steve Aoki in 1996.

Known far and wide for his cake-throwing stage theatrics, Aoki has steered his ship in whichever direction he fancies, becoming one of the biggest EDM DJs out there fairly recently when considering the label’s 20 year heritage.

The label has released music in punk, indie rock, hardcore and hip hop but is best known for slapstick, noisy EDM.
