iLoveMakonnen comes out as gay
A memorable day for the American artist
Rapper and vocalist iLoveMakonnen took to social media this morning to publicly announce that he is officially "coming out" as gay.
Through a series of personal tweets, Makonnen proudly proclaimed his sexual identity, which he called "old news to break". The Atlanta rapper also shared screenshots on Instagram with the caption, "Thank you for letting me be myself".
The messages came with an outpour of support from both fans and other artists.
