Lyrics in hip hop could be a successful treatment for mental illness, according to psychiatrists at Cambridge University.
The Lancet Psychiatry medical journey mentions Grandmaster Flash & The Furious Five's 'The Message' and Notorious B.I.G's 'Juicy' as songs being used as part of the therapy.
It's believed those struggling with mental illnesses, such as depression or schizophrenia, can find solitude in lyrics detailing life difficulties.
Back in October, Kid Cudi checked into rehab after revealing he was suffering from depression.
