Heated Words Presents 'Initial Research'

Heated Words is an exhibition of photography that chronicles the journey of a forgotten typeface.

Taking place at London's House of Vans, the whole thing focuses on a specific, anonymous, defunct typeface that only existed as iron-on flock lettering.

The typeface was used by everyone from street gangs to punks and disco dancers in the late 1970s and 1980s, but never made it into the post-analogue era.

Heated Words takes place from March 27 to April 9.
