Get an intimate look at Prince with a new collection of unseen photographs
A new book is out now
Prince died one year ago and photography specialists Sonic Editions are releasing a collection of limited edition images in tribute to the musician.
Steve Parke, his Paisley Park in-house photographer, took the snaps which will appear in a new book called Picturing Prince: An Intimate Portrait.
The press release reads: "Beginning in 1988, Steve Parke became one of Prince’s most trusted companions and eventually became Paisley Park’s in-house photographer, capturing Prince in his most intimate moments, and will be made available within the collection, perfect for any fans to have on display."
The prints, measuring at 16x12 on Fuji Crystal Archive paper, are numbered and mounted in hand-made 20x16 wooden frames.
Parke said: "Everything I have is stuff that Prince was OK with. He and I would go through them and choose ones to keep and which ones to get rid of.”
