Since the announcement, Fred has posted sneak peek of what’s to come in Friday’s release on his Instagram Story, showing Eno working on the forthcoming music.
Fred first met Eno when he was 16-years-old after joining an acapella group that practiced within Eno’s studio.
According to The Guardian, Eno was also Fred's neighbour and the group included the likes of singer-songwriter Annie Lennox
While at the studio, Gibson reportedly impressed Eno with his Logic knowledge, which led to him becoming Fred’s musical mentor.
Speaking to Mixmag in 2021 as part of his cover story, Fred explained that when being mentored by Eno he created an electronic symphony with so-called “delusions of grandeur”.
