Igloofest Montréal announces 2026 season details
Igloofest Montréal is back for its 18th edition in 2026, announcing four weekends of events in January and February.
The festival will take over the Old Port in the Canadian city, with three nights of parties for four consecutive weekends, running across January 15 to 17, January 22 to 24, January 29 to 31 and February 5 to 7.
DJs locked in to perform include Sofia Kourtesis, Nicole Moudaber, DJ Snake, A-Trak, Lost Frequencies, Qrion, Trym, AZYR, Hannah Laing, Elderbrook and many more.
Two influential Montréal collectives will also be making their debut: T.I.T.S. and Hauterageous.
Igloofest has also revealed plans beyond for winter 2026, with events scheduled for three more major Candian cities: Gatineau (February 12 to 14), Québec City March 5 to 7), and Edmonton (March 12 to 14), with one more to be announced.

Dimensions reveals more than 80 artists playing 2026 festival
Dimensions has announced the first wave of artists playing its 2026 edition.
More than 80 names have been revealed, which includes a quarter who will be making their debut appearance at the event, which takes place at The Garden, Croatia, across August 27 to 31 next summer.
DJs set to play include Objekt, DJ Masda, DJ Fart in the Club, OK WIlliams, Raresh, PARAMIDA, Sugar Free, upsammy, Marcellus Pittman, Mike Servito, Sonja Moonear, ISAbella, Grace Sands, Helena Hauff b2b Moopie, and Zip.
More will be announced soon, along with the bills for boat and after parties.

Sziget confirms dates for 2026 festival
Budapest's Sziget Festival has confirmed the dates for next year's event, with the four-day event once again set to takeover Óbuda Island on August 11-15.
For 2026, Sziget's founder Károly Gerendai will be resuming leadership of the festival following the departure of Superstruct, the European events giant under which the festival has operated since 2017.
“This year’s Sziget already showed very positive developments, giving us a strong foundation to build on. At the same time, there is always more work to do to secure the place of the festival in the hearts of fans who visit us from across the world," Gerendai says.
“Our focus now is to emphasize Sziget’s unique identity and values even more. Not only through the headline acts, but also by deepening the festival’s cultural significance and its connection to Budapest.”

Croatia's Hideout Festival shares 2026 line-up including Eliza Rose, Skream and more
Hideout Festival will be returning to Zrce Beach, Croatia from June 30 - July 3, 2026, and organisers have announced a stacked line-up to mark its 15th editon.
Artists confirmed to appear so far include Interplanetary Criminal, Skream, Josh Baker, Max Dean, Eliza Rose, Gorgon City, Sarah Story, sim0ne, and more.

Liverpool's Outer Waves Festival announces 2026 line-up
Returning to the Invisible Wind Factory on May 23, 2026, Liverpool-based all-dayer Outer Waves has confirmed its line-up for next year's event.
The experimental festival will be bringing along leftfield folk outfit OXN, Catalan industrial duo Dame Area, Waq Waq Kingdom, Mohammad Syfkhan and more.
