Fabric relocates 'fabric 90' launch party with Scuba, Recondite and Terry Francis
The show must go on
With the venue closed indefinitely, fabric will be taking its ‘fabric 90’ launch party to The Steelyard in London on October 22, featuring Scuba (pictured), Recondite and Terry Francis.
As was previously announced, Scuba mixed ‘fabric 90’ with over 40 tracks that are "something different" than what some might expect, drifting away from the studio mixes he has become known for.
The mix is set to be released October 21 and features tracks from the likes of Ben Klock, Carl Craig, Mike Servito, Midland, Gunnar Haslam and more.
Since having its licence revoked following a hearing at Islington Town Hall, fabric has launched the #SaveOurCulture campaign, declaring, “this is not how it ends”, with hopes of reopening. To coincide with the movement, Scuba will donate all proceeds from ‘fabric 90’ to the campaign, which has already raised over £230,000 since launching September 16.
