Hear a new remix from Ethyl & Flori
It's from a split EP with Our Mutual Friend
Ethyl & Flori are set to release a new split-EP with fellow duo Our Mutual Friend on August 30 through the latter's Mutual Friend Recordings label. The 4-track outing features new tracks titled 'Lacewing' and 'Burnside' from each respective pair, who have also remixed each other to complete the tracklist.
After launching E&F Records back in 2015, Ethyl & Flori's reputation has grown from strength to strength. They’ve released records on the likes of Secretsundaze and Aim, and have now feature on the third outing from Mutual Friend Recordings, whose label owners have previously worked with Juan Atkins and Jane Fitz.
Our Mutual Friend turned in a layered melodic remix 'Lacewing' on the A-side, while Ethyl & Flori inject ‘Burnside’ with their trademark dark techno style on the flip.
