DISCWOMAN is a New York-based DJ collective and platform focusing on and shouting about female-identified talent across dance music.
Core members include Volvox and Umfang and you'll find them playing at events such as Technofeminism and Detroit's Movement Festival, while they've booked Mixmag Gold artist Jayda G and Chicago's DJ Heather for their own parties at Smartbar.
Edition 18 of their mix series comes from Josey Rebelle, a top London selector responsible for delightful three-hour Sunday morning sessions on Rinse FM.
Josey's selection for Discwoman runs in line with the high-tempo vibe of her Rinse shows, chucking in some devilish techno and menacing acid drips to symbolise her view that "the world is fucked".
