Electric Forest introduces female-focused camping option

After revolutionizing their line-up announcement strategy, Electric Forest has unveiled yet another new initiative with the fans at heart - specifically, for women.

The Rothbury, Michigan festival is welcoming the first Women's Group Camp as an option for female attendees of the outdoor festival. For four days, women interested in experiencing a safe space both as solo attendees or for groups seeking a female-friendly experience will have the opportunity to sign up for a spot in The Women's Group Camp.

Also called 'Her Forest', requirements to be a part of the special campsite include a $40 registration fee and one wristband to Electric Forest per person. One camping pass will be issued to groups of three, and participants are responsible to coordinate amongst themselves.

Registration for The Women's Group Camp opens on February 18 here, and space is limited.
