Dutch health officials warn of super-strong 'ADE' ecstasy pills
Tablets with the logo are currently circulating in The Netherlands
According to the Dutch health institute Trimbos, super-strong 'ADE' pills are currently in circulation in Holland.
Warnings about the pills - which bear the logo of the Amsterdam Dance Event festival - are being issued because of the extremely high dosage (300mg) in some, but also because they can vary from 125mg up to that amount, meaning you won't know how much you're taking.
The tablets (pictured above) are light yellow in colour and square in shape. They're as strong as the 'UPS' pills which made headlines earlier this year.
A 'red-alert' has been issued by Trimbos as a precaution, which is fully supported by Amsterdam Dance Event, although the festival makes it clear they are not affiliated to it.
"We support the Red Alert of The Trimbos. We are shocked by this pill with our logo that might endanger the health of people. We are talking to the experts continuously and support them wherever we can.
"We don't have to emphasize that we are not involved in producing this pill. We say no to drugs, especially since the health of people is at stake."
