Du Tonc - 7/10

The sun-drenched, synth-laden sounds of Du Tonc have been transporting listeners to their happy place for a few years now.

The pairing of Mighty Mouse and Matt Van Schie is one that focuses on the sunnier side of life.

'Animals' is their latest track and it's their fruitiest creation to date. While it's perfect for a hot day in the park or a ride in a convertible along the highway, it's very sickly-sweet, and unless you have a particularly strong craving for electro of the sugary kind, it may be a bit too much.

However, the floaty vocals, tender pianos and epic synths are the track's saving grace and you'll be dancing around with a smile on your face in no time.
