Seth Troxler gets his DJ Kicks on for latest instalment of mix series
The highly regarded compilation specialists are taken for a spin by the Michigan native
Seth Troxler has now invited everyone to have a listen to his more eccentric musical side with his DJ Kicks release.
The mix itself features a selection of Troxler's weirdest and most wonderful tunes, whether it be a folk ballad from his good friend Niki Nakazawa or a minimal techno remix from Ricardo Villalobos & Max Loderbauer.
Seth's mix is released through !K7 on October 16 and he was kind enough to explain his vision behind the CD.
"For my DJ Kicks mix I wanted to do something that was honest. I went out in the morning, micro-dosed myself and did all these errands around town. Then I came home at night and did the mix one take."
He also mentioned that he sees this mix "as a gay man named Rodney. Or a big black woman named Birtha."
