DJ EZ is playing a 24-hour set for charity

The Cancer Research UK event will be live streamed from February 27 to 28

How many garage bangers can you fit into a 24-hour set? We're set to find out come February 27 as DJ EZ gets on the decks for the long haul.

It's just been announced that the North Londoner is playing "non-stop" for one whole day, with all proceeds going to charity Cancer Research UK.

The marathon, taking place over a month before his sold out Brixton Academy show on April 9, will run from 6pm on February 27 and be live streamed on his website so you can watch the whole thing. If you've got the stamina, that is.

On the reason behind it, EZ says: "I have reached a point in my career where I would like to give something back to those less fortunate than myself. Cancer affects countless people around the world which is why I have chosen to raise as much money as possible for Cancer Research UK.

"My aim is to perform a 24-hour live streamed DJ set and would love you all to support me in making a difference to the lives of all those battling cancer by donating now."
