DGTL is launching a label with a KiNK EP

The Amsterdam festival is spreading its wings

Amsterdam festival DGTL is launching its own label with KiNK providing some techno wizardry for the first release.

The Bulgarian producer and DJ has worked with DGTL in the past, including on the audiovisual installation ‘Transmission Tower’ at last year’s festival.

That project spawned the track ‘Neutrino’ which features on the first release with ‘Dynamo’ on the flip. The 12" will also include a few endless loops for “the adventurous DJs” according to KiNK.

Label manager Tim Hoeben says they expect to release three more EPs this year: “After five years of hosting the festival we are now at a point where we know, what our vision and ideas are, so the label is a natural next step.

“DGTL Records builds on the festival’s musical theme of an evocative cross section of the sounds and styles; showcasing forward thinking, cutting edge artists.”

The ‘Dynamo And Neutrino’ EP comes out on April 7. Stream 'Neutrino' below.
