David Guetta's Ibiza home was broken into last week

Police arrested a suspect in Ibiza Town on Thursday

Police in Ibiza have arrested a man after he was caught in David Guetta's home in San Jose on the west of the island.

Reports state the man was spotted by one of the French producer's staff in the kitchen, before allegedly throwing a knife as he left the scene and escaped over a wall.

Having been apprehended by police in an unnamed club in Ibiza Town on Thursday night, the unidentified suspect was due at a private hearing on Friday. However, further information is yet to come to light.

This is apparently the second time the same man has unlawfully entered Guetta's pad in Ibiza.

Guetta's Big residency at Ushuaïa continues every Monday until August 29 while he plays F*** Me I'm Famous at Pacha every Thursday until October 6.
