David Guetta wants one million fans on his Euro 2016 track

You'll be able to record one line via an application

Just in case you'd forgotten, David Guetta's the man responsible for the official track of the UEFA European Championship next year.

As the footy tournament's taking place in his home country, France, it seems he's intent on making it extra special, looking to get one million footy fans' voices on the recording.

That might sound like a lot, but seeing as he's got over 55m likes on Facebook, it shouldn't be too much of a task for the producer who appeared in this Ibiza documentary in the summer.

Speaking to Reuters, he said: "I am very proud to have been appointed. It is extraordinary, it is really a dream, I feel very honored. My aim is to have one million fans singing together in that particular part of the song."

Obviously no studio's big enough to get that many collaborators in so he's launching a phone app for everyone to record the song line he's after, aiming to "reunite everyone in this part of the song in the name of football."
