Creamfields announces new festival in Chelmsford
Creamfields Chelmsford will take place across a bank holiday weekend next June
Creamfields is launching a brand new festival at Hylands Park in Chelmsford.
The 50,000-capacity, two-day camping festival will take place across the four-day bank holiday weekend of June 3 to 4 in 2022, which is marking the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.

One of the dancefloors will be hosted inside the 15,000-capacity Steel Yard superstructure (pictured below), which was created for Creamfields' flagship festival and has hosted massive shows from Eric Prydz.
The festival coincides with the 25 year anniversary celebrations of the launch of the flagship Creamfields festival in Daresbury, Cheshire. This event will also go ahead as normal in 2022, across the late-August bank holiday weekend.
