Chat Lunatique returns with Blond:ish and Lauren Lane in New York

It's a femme affair for Brooklyn's most extravagant party series

The lavish new Brooklyn party series, known as Chat Lunatique, will be returning this weekend with Blond:ish, Lauren Lane and David Berrie.

Chat Lunatique's relatively new canon started earlier this summer and has since become one of the most popular among the underground club community. The brand was conceptualized, designed and curated by Taj Zehri, known to many as Brooklyn's 'Queen Of Parties' and co-founder to the infamous after-hours series Members Only. Zehri's unique creative vision is one that empowers women, fusing undeniable talent with a much needed feminine touch in the nightlife scope.

With this Friday's installment comes some familiar faces. Blond:ish's Anstascia and Vivie-Ann are currently on a 10-date world tour that ends with the Chat Lunatique performance. Famous for a minimal, spiritual sound and deeply textural emotions, the duo has become triumphant as some of the most celebrated female artists in dance music. The Kompakt Records mainstays most recently released a driving edit of Monkey Safari's 'Woo', which premiered on Mixmag, showcasing their soulful, tribal-inspired character.

Main support comes from Lauren Lane, who has proved herself repeatedly as one of the most promising artists to yield the North American front. The LA-based DJ gained momentum when she secured a residency at Hollywood's Sound Nightclub, and this year alone took slots at DC-10, Warung Beach Club and Elrow events. Her heavy house flavor has her compared to some of the greats, with support from Seth Troxler, Carl Cox, Jamie Jones and The Martinez Brothers.

The luxe party will be marked with extravagant decor and a cheeky, mischievous demeanor, inviting fans of all shapes and sizes to indulge in top-shelf music with a hint of promiscuity.
