Cassy introduces 'Donna' on debut album
Aus Music releases it on June 24
Catherine Britton, aka Cassy, delivers her first album this summer in the form of 'Donna'.
Made up of 12 tracks, the UK producer says it was finished in Philadelphia after "six years of stop-start". Philadelphia DJ King Britt is said have influenced her when making the record, helping to create a "more mature version of me and my music."
There's plenty of vocals across the tracks, with bumpy house, minimal techno and lighthearted disco-type productions included on the LP that comes out via Aus Music on June 24.
According to the press release, "All in all, Donna makes for a roller coaster ride that is accomplished and unpredictable, and very much proves Cassy has much more than just effective club music up her sleeve."
Pre-order 'Donna' here and catch her at Mixmag Live on June 10, in Ibiza on various dates throughout summer and Croatia's Sonus Festival on August 21.
