Cakes Da Killa announces new album 'Svengali', drops titular track's music video

Cakes Da Killa has announced his second album, 'Svengali'.
Available on October 28 via TOKiMONSTA's Young Art Records, it continues his trademark blend between hip-hop and house music throughout his growing catalogue.
With the announcement comes the release of the album's title track, following on from singles 'Drugs Du Jour' and 'Sip Of My Sip', both of which are included on the forthcoming album.

The album is proposed to be a cinematic affair, with Cakes showcasing a new layer of vulnerability and depths to his writing, addressing the avenues of love both in, and out of, the club.
It follows high energy mixtapes 'Muvaland Vol. 1 & 2' however the forthcoming album was recorded before either of them, illustrating a dialled back vibe with beats from producer Sam Katz being utilised to offer more subtle moods and jazz influences.
