University research has created a rather amusing video of "attractive" dance moves
Evolutionary biologists reckon they've discovered the dance moves most appealing to women.
Research undertaken at Northumbria University and University of Gottingen has resulted in an animated video depicting the most attractive moves that men can throw down.
It's based on the dancing of 30 male participants, the bumps 'n' grinds of whom were mapped onto "featureless gender-neutral" avatars which women then rated.
Ladies were keen on lots of arm action and movements of the right leg in particular, with researches saying they'd give the study a crack because, "Dancing ability, particularly that of men, may serve as a signal of male mate quality... And thus, affect women's perceptions of men's attractiveness."
It all sounds a bit like a lost chapter from The Game to us and the results of the study haven't actually been proven so far. So proceed with caution, boys.
