Bicep make it 'Rain' in trippy new music video

The rave-ready EP is out today on Ninja Tune

Last October's Mixmag cover stars Bicep have dropped a new EP titled ‘Rain', taken from their 2017 critically-acclaimed debut album.

An LP highlight, ‘Rain’ is peak Bicep material, offering up rave-ready vibes and euphoric vocal sampling.

Alongside 'Rain' the duo have released a new glitching, sci-fi-inflected music video directed by Luke Wyatt, who described the film as “video mulch” in a press release. Drenched in nostalgia, a mix of thematic symbols, snakes, mazes and classic VHS footage fuse together to form an arty accompaniment to the track.

Bicep are also set to release an additional white label 12” project on April 27 featuring Four Tet’s other-worldly mix of track ‘Opal’ as well as a new track titled ‘Helix’.

Check out the video for ‘Rain’ below, and stream the new EP on Spotify.
