Berlin police sent home from G20 after throwing huge party

Cops gone wild

It appears Berlin’s free-spirited attitude towards partying isn’t just limited to its clubbers.

Three of the city’s police squads have been sent home after instigating a huge party in their headquarters while stationed in Hamburg for the G20 meeting next week.

Squads 14, 15 and 32 drank heavily, relieved themselves on surrounding fences, engaged in public sex all to the sound track of loud music during a raucous night at the Bad Segeberg container village that used to house refugees.

German newspapers also reported scenes of a police officer dancing with her gun in a bathrobe on the table.

Berlin police have reportedly claimed the accommodation in Bad Segeberg was dull, secluded and didn’t even have TVs.

Berlin's interior minister Andreas Geisel (SPD) said: "If the allegations of the misconduct are confirmed, this must be properly settled in the police. The work of the Berlin police can not be damaged by such incidents."

We say get these people to Berghain for a proper night ASAP.
