Ben Klock's Klockworks imprint unveils EPs from Ribé & Roll Dann, Troy and Temudo

Ribé & Roll Dann's is available to check out now, with Troy's following in May and Temudo's in June

Ben Klock's Klockworks imprint has announced its forthcoming releases, with the first of three - Ribé & Roll Dann’s 'Klockworks 35' - available now.

Marking their debut on the label, the four-tracker is a groovy offering packed with hefty drops and moody, raw and at times even delirious cuts.

"Everything started when we had a conversation about music right after Alberto released an album in 2022," the pair (pictured) tell Mixmag. "Since we have very similar musical tastes we wanted to try something new for us, to look for a different sound… The goal was to find our best version of very minimalist techno. Here, Klockworks was from the beginning the only purpose."

May 5 will see Dutch producer Troy return to Klockworks with a gnarly groovy techno record. All produced using his go-to OB6 synth, its analogous warmth is apparent throughout.

“The majority of this EP was made during a very productive period in my life," he explains. "During this post-covid time, when clubs where re-opening I was getting back into my passion for loopy techno. I channeled this energy into a collection of dancefloor-focused tracks in which I tried to capture the momentum of an energy burst that needs to get out.”

On June 2, Temudo's 'Klockworks 37' is to be released marking his return to the imprint although little information has been shared about the Portuguese producer and DJ's release thus far. Head here to find out more when information becomes available.
