As eagerly anticipated LP 'Timeline' enters orbit, AI sizzle our tastebuds with the silkiest of head-nod rolling funk. Swirling, breathy vocals and misty keys draw us in, before a growlingly tough core of rapt breaks and weighty sub-bass flexes its muscles, warping with increasing intensity as the track progresses. The melodic tendrils stay the course, but the vibe hovers expertly between the smooth and the deadly. Classic AI. Classic Headz masterstroke.
