Ara Koufax are having 'Kissy Fits' on new release
Stream the latest two tracks from the Melbourne duo
Melbourne's Ara Koufax have shared their new two-track release 'Kissy Fits'.
The A-side is their most dancefloor-oriented work to date, steadily building beneath shuffling percussion and looping vocal samples into a throbbing club belter. B-side 'Infrared' is all class as a squelching synth drives the track through melodic territory before it melts away into dreamy depths over the space of nine minutes.
The duo have been notching up quality original releases and remixes since 'Brenda' appeared on Cut Copy's 2014 'Oceans Apart' compilation. Tim Sweeney and Dan Snaith are among those who have supported their sound in recent mixes.
'Kissy Fits' is out through Cascine's singles label CSCN. You can stream both tracks below.
