Amtrac (Chambray Remix)
The German talent gives this 'Lost in Motion' track a lift
After making quite the impression with a packed catalogue of remixes, Amtrac is proving that there's plenty more production talents to be seen through his own original works. Most recently, he's released his 'Lost In Motion' EP, a three-track house compilation that sees the Kentucky-native acting not only as a producer, but also a vocalist.
Now a few months out from the EP arrives the ever anticipated remix compilation. Due later this month, we've received the first peek at a a rendition of 'Once is Enough' from German output Chambray.
Pulling from the malleable house structure of Amtrac's original, Chambray brightens 'Once is Enough', replacing the tune's minor tone with a mesmerizing house beat and a sunny, up-tuned chop of its vocals. On the track, Chambray explained invoking the "positive and pleasant feeling" of the original with his signature 4/4 percussion, giving the remix a sleek new club suitability.
Amtrac drops into The Lab LA this Friday, March 25.
