Aly & Fila set to debut on Essential Mix

Egyptian power duo Aly & Fila will be making their mark for the first time on Essential Mix this weekend. Already, the spotlight is set to be a monumental moment not only for the duo, but also for BBC Radio 1's premier mix show.

Aly & Fila's arrival on Essential Mix will be the first revival of trance on the revered mix in two years, the last taking place in February 2014. The pair have revealed that the mix will include a massive 34 world exclusives as well as a premiere of both a single from their forthcoming album and a remix effort too.

Catch Aly & Fila on Essential Mix for a two-hour debut on February 13.
