About to get 'Paid in Full'
Old school hip-hop heads, rejoice! The iconic ‘90s duo Eric B and Rakim have announced their first full-blown tour in over 25 years.
The announcement came today via twitter with a list of their planned tour destinations alongside the simple statement “it’s time to show you”. Kicking off on April 8, the duo plans to make 17 stops in major cities throughout the US.
Pioneering sample use in hip hop with their seminal 1987 album ‘Paid in Full’, the reunion is Eric B and Rakim’s way of celebrating their album’s 30th anniversary. The album recently saw a vinyl reissue, learn more here.
