Afropunk locked in for week-long Brixton takeover

Bringing live music, galleries and performances to South London

Afropunk is returning to London this year for a mammoth week of art, live music, DJ sets, workshops and more.

Taking over Brixton this September, Afropunk will run from September 1 through to 8 with the six-day series packed full with cultural programming and killer musical curations.

Announcing live performances from the likes of August Greene AKA Robert Glasper, Common and Karriem Riggins, DJ sets from BBZ, Jazzie B and the BORN N BREAD crew have also been confirmed.

Alongside the music Afropunk London attendees can expect a whole host of events spanning art exhibitions, film screenings, panels and more in the South London location.
