A Tribe Called Quest say to expect an "incarnation"
Q-Tip wants to do what Phife Dawg would've wanted
A Tribe Called Quest might not be finished after all. At least, the group might be carrying on under a different guise.
After claiming 'We Got It From Here… Thanks 4 Your Service' was their final album, Q-Tip recently told Annie Mac a new form may be taking shape in the future.
Speaking on Radio 1, Tip said: "Stay tuned for any other incarnation. We don’t intend on stopping because that was Phife’s M.O. Like, ‘This time we gotta do it and keep going,’ and now he’s left us with the equation of how do we do it, but we are going to need it, and we’re going to continue.”
'We Got It From Here...' was their first album in 18 years, including Phife before he passed away, and saw the New Yorkers in incredible form.
