A new DJ mixer from Funktion-One is coming later this year
The FF6.2 is a collaboration with Formula Sound
Funktion-One has teamed up with Formula Sound for a high-end mixer, unveiled at Musikmesse in Frankfurt.
Set for release later in the year, priced at €4,489, the six-channel FF6.2 comes equipped with four-band full-kill EQs, high- and low-pass filters and a mono option and pan control on the booth output. Basically, this means track cueing can be done through the right headphone, with the left ear able to be open for the booth monitors.
As Funktion-One explains, "the EQ frequency response characteristics have been carefully optimised to give excellent and intuitive control of bass, low-mid, high-mid and highs."
A compressor switch offers peak-control, with channels one and two allowing effects routing through gold-plated XLR and 1/4 inch inputs.
