A meteor shower has made the Ibiza night sky look next-level
Our photographer was there to capture it
The Perseid meteor shower has been happening for the last month and a photographer in Ibiza was at some of the island's most picturesque spots to capture it in all its glory.
Last week, regular Mixmag contributor Marc de Groot set out to photograph the spectacular display and the images he came back with show the White Isle like we've never seen before.
De Groot's photos are full of the true magic of Ibiza and the meteor shower is clearly visible in full effect – at its peak, it sends 200 meteors per hour zooming through space.
The shower will continue until August 24 and was at its strongest around August 13, when these photos were taken.
