Rolling it back to the early days of rave
Phatmedia is an online rave flyer community that's approaching its 19th year and 15,000th flyer upload.
The content on the site - able to be uploaded by anyone - dates back to 1985, featuring flyers for parties such as Fantazia, Telepathy, Helter Skelter and Dreamscape. 30 random flyers are displayed on the homepage, with users able to filter their search by date, location, organiser, designer and venue.
Before five-day exhibition The Rave Story 2017 - Evolution kicks off in East London on February 19, we've put together a gallery of 42 flyers from Phatmedia, of parties that featured the likes of Fabio & Grooverider, Public Enemy, Cece Rogers, Carl Cox and Paul Oakenfold.
