LEGZDINA releases new single 'Come Roll With Me'

The track is a dreamy, summer-primed drum 'n' bass cut

LEGZDINA has shared her new single 'Come Roll With Me'.

The track shifts between soulful, gliding vocals and elements of rap - spoken word is essential for the Latvian-born, London raised artist as founder of women-centric open mic series Say It Back having emerged into creative spheres through poetry readings in London - across a liquid drum 'n' bass backdrop.

With Slxm Sol and Piers and Kesi of Rudimental involved in production duties, the single is a dreamlike roller primed for summer, with a deliberate approach taken to its creation from the outset:

“The song was written at a time when I was full of hope and joy about my creative life," she explains. "As ever I think spreading joy is so important in this cruel world. ‘Come Roll with Me’ is about self reflection and acceptance of nothing being perfect but its message is that you can come with me and I will share any light I have. Longer tables, not higher fences.

"Electronic music is not just about the bass heavy clubs, drum n bass can be feminine and for adults and full of soul. It’s my invitation to share my journey and make something beautiful out of my experience!”
